Registration Procedures

2019 Football Season Registration Instructions

With the new systems the club has put in place it is important that when registering to play with the club, all members MUST follow the 2-part registration process.


Club registrations are based on families and can be paid online through the club website or directly at the club with Cash / EFTPOS or EFT bank transfers to the club account.  

Payments will not be made via MyFootballClub.

Part One – Register the players in your family on this website

All players need to be registered on this website by clicking on the green “Register Now” button below.  Alternatively players returning from 2018 would have received a registration link via email.  This link will have your information pre-filled from 2018.  You will not need a password via this link.



The first page you will land on will be the Primary Contact Details page.  If you have followed your link from your email, some of the details will be pre-filled, please either check these details are correct, or enter in any new details.


Please answer the questions on this page as it helps the club in its planning for the forthcoming season.  These details requested are: 

Intention in using a Get Started Voucher as payment of part of your fees.

Intention to Volunteer to be eligible to have the family volunteer levy refunded.

Any coaching experience and qualifications you may have.


Click on the ok button.



Please add your emergency contact using the Add  Emergency  Contact  Button button.  New club members will need to add this information, otherwise returning members will just need to select a name from the list or add alternative contacts.


You can now add the players you would like to register via the Register  Player  Button button, note that if the player is returning from 2018, they should be available to select from the list.

You will be taken to the Player Details page.  Ensure the details are correct, or fill them out including DOB and Gender.  You will then need to select playing group for the season.  A CHILD’S AGE GROUP IS THE AGE THE CHILD TURNS DURING THE 2018 CALENDAR YEAR (ie turning 9 in 2019 will be Under 9’s).


For Junior Players, please also complete the questions contained on this page including: 

Is the player new to the club?

School the player attends

Special Requests (ie names of friends they would like to play with)

Short Size (these are included as part of your registration fee)

Sock Size (these are included as part of your registration fee)


Repeat this third step for any further players needing registration under your family.


Update communication preferences (ie adding another parent email to the distribution list for alerts, team news, etc.


Click Next  Button button.


Review registration information and Primary contact details and proceed through checkout by making your payment choice out of the options provided.

Part Two – Register all players through the PlayFootball website (ex MyFootballClub)

You will be directed to the playfootball site where you will be required to register each player with their FFA numbers.  Complete your registration on this system using the following steps.


1.       Follow link to the playfootball website:

2.       Click on “Register Now” 

3.       Follow the prompts to proceed to login pages, find your FFA number, create and/or reset your password

4.       Login using your FFA number and password:

5.       Once logged in, select “Make a Registration” or “Register Now”

6.       Update contact details if necessary. 

7.       On the next screen, enter the club name NARANGBA UNITED FOOTBALL CLUB- Ensure you enter the correct club name. NB: If you get a message saying there are no packages then click OK and check the club name

8.       Select the Registration role as: “Player” NB: If this is the first time you have registered to play football in Australia you will need to confirm whether you played in another country

9.       Select the correct Registration Package that applies for your registration. 

10.   Click the “Add” button. 

11.   Click the Next button at the bottom of the screen. 

12.   Read and acknowledge the Terms and Conditions then click Next. 

13.   Click the Next button at the bottom of the screen.

14.   Answer the questions on the final page and click the “Save All Answers” button. 

15.   If you have paid and registered online then you do not have to attend Sign On day.

16.   Your registration has now been submitted. Make sure you have paid your fees or generated an invoice to take to the club to pay at Sign On day.
